How To Add Falling Snow in Photoshop

Learn how to add falling snow to an image in Photoshop using Noise and Motion Blur filters. The trick is to make a layer with black and Screen blend modes for snow effects, add noise, add crystallize filter, add blur, motion blur and adjust the amount of snow on the photo with the adjustment levels. The directions of snowfall can be determined by adjusting the angle on the window motion blur. If you want to get the effect of the snow with a more natural direction, duplicate layer of snow and then transform 180 degrees.
